Casa del Mar is a stunning, recently renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located on the peaceful north end of Playa Guasacate. Just steps from the sand, this beach retreat offers multiple outdoor living areas, including two patios, an expansive balcony, a rooftop star deck, and a private pool.

Inside the Home

Casa del Mar combines modern comfort with authentic local charm, featuring terracotta floors, handcrafted hardwood furniture, polished concrete finishes, and vibrant Granada tile accents.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

A fully equipped kitchen
A dining area
A cozy living room with a large wrap-around sofa and Smart TV
The master suite with a private bath
A half bathroom for guests

All bedrooms and the living room include air conditioning (living room AC available at an additional $30/day). Meal packages can also be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom

A queen bed and the other with two full beds.
A back patio extends the indoor living space outdoors, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop star deck, the ideal spot to check the surf, enjoy sunsets, or marvel at the stunning night sky.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. Casa del Mar is set within a private neighborhood with 24/7 security, offering a safe and welcoming environment for your stay.

Additional Information

For monthly stays, utilities (electricity and internet) are not included. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at check-in. Electricity will be calculated based on meter readings at check-in and check-out.
