At the entrance to the home and set away from the main house to the east, is this in-law studio unit equipped with AC, bathroom and kitchenette. The suite has two twin sized beds that can be joined and made up as a king on request so that the studio can as easily welcome a couple as 2 singles.
A propane fueled generator backs up the electricity in case of power outages. While the community is secure and house staff completely trustworthy a large safe is available for added peace of mind.

This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests.
