Hacienda Iguana La Perla House is wonderfully airy open concept home, modern comforts with a colonial influence inside the Hacienda Iguana gates. The house is a three bed, 2.5 bath situated in a forest of Eucalyptus, poplar and native trees. The ceilings are tall with large sliding doors allowing a comfortable consistent airflow. The doors open unto a lovely patio with tables and chairs for entertaining and dining by the pool. Individual bedrooms are spacious with private baths in two of the three.
Hacienda Iguana La Perla House comunity is a special world unto itself. Restaurants, a brewery, an amazing beach bar with pickup volleyball games , barreling surf and a well maintained golf course all within the safety of the gated community. There is nothing out of miss .
