We are excited to welcome you to our brand new (in 2019) 3BR/2BA Eco Casita home, located in the Hacienda Iguana Beach and Golf community. This unique property is one of 10 eco casitas, in which 100% of profits will be donated to CREA (a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire Nicaraguans to empower themselves and their communities by providing educational resources). Your decision to stay in one of these casitas, will directly impact the children in the local community. With 10 casitas being part of this project, it accommodates every type of group.  The price and set up is just right for a solo traveler, families or large groups!

Contemporary, comfortable and eco friendly design with all the creature comforts, this is a perfect property to enjoy a beach going/surf/golf/fish/relax vacation with a few friends or the whole family. Stilted construction keeps the house cool while reforested teak furniture and details make your stay more enjoyable.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, comfortable linens, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom #1 is equipped with a queen size bed, comfortable linens and a spacious closets. The guest bedroom #2 is equipped with 2 twin beds, comfortable linens and a spacious closet.  The 3 bedrooms and living room are equipped with AC. Additional amenities include hot water, wi-fi and satellite TV. Purified drinking water and housekeeping are provided free of charge and we can also arrange for an in-home catering service as well.

Those guests staying in an eco casita have access to two common area swimming pools (one at the property and the other is located at the beach club). There are six dining options in the community, all within walking distance and two of them in the immediate vicinity of this property.

This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks.  There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide).  We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course.  The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests.
