This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Villas Iguana beachfront condo unit is located at the north end of Playa Colorado with a river and Los Perros point to the north and two quality waves a short walk to the south (Panga Drops and Colorado beach break). The condo is on the ground floor with convenient walk up patio from the pool and beach. The condo is equipped with a propane BBQ grill, cable TV, Wi-Fi, cleaning service and even an optional meal plan service! The master bedroom contains a queen bed and the guest bedroom contains 2 single beds.
This condo is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests.
