Located a stones throw from the waves at Playa Colorado is the Bella Vista Condo. This is a plush TOP FLOOR 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in Hacienda Iguana with a direct view to the lineup from the over sized balcony. Golf, surf, swim and relax at this property.
This condo comes equipped with all the creature comforts, including AC in each bedroom and the living area, cable TV, Wi-Fi and an auto switch generator that functions everything during a power outage. There is also a safe for your valuables. The master bedroom contains a queen bed and each of the 2 guest bedrooms contains 2 single beds. Cleaning service is included and we also offer an optional meal plan!
The Condo is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests.
