The space
The main house features a completely open concept with folding doors that open the kitchen , living and dining room up entirely onto an enormous infinity pool that connects to endless pacific views. Master bedroom upstairs and individual private quarters detached from the main house complete with ensuite bath. The home takes a group surf trip, yoga retreat, family reunion to the next level. The experience of Ventanas de olas is luxurious and subdued , exapansive but inviting all the while private and enchanting in the rolling hills of Nicaragua.
Guest access
The home is rented either as a stand alone for a couple or small family or with the additional rooms per the guests needs. We are able to accommodate up to 14 people having 6 individual rooms with en suite bathrooms in each plus the master and spacious downstairs. Other things to note
The house is situated at quite high up in the hills . Guests will need 4 x4 to get to house. The roads are very well maintained but steep.
